Shipping policy

At Salina Florist, we make every effort to deliver your flowers fresh, beautifully presented, and on the requested delivery date throughout Syracuse and eligible surrounding areas.

Free Standard Delivery

Free standard delivery is available for online orders scheduled for delivery Monday through Saturday.

After entering the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, you will be able to view and select from the available delivery options for that location.

Please note: Orders placed by phone are subject to a $10 service charge.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available based on order time, destination, and delivery capacity.

To qualify, your order must be placed before:

  • 1:30 PM — Residential deliveries
  • 11:00 AM — Business deliveries, with delivery by 4:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM Saturday — Saturday or Sunday scheduled deliveries

Orders placed after the applicable cutoff will normally be delivered on the next available delivery day.

Same-day ordering and delivery are not available on Sundays.

If we are unable to deliver within your requested timeframe, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Our Delivery Process

To make delivery as smooth as possible:

  • We do not normally call the recipient before delivery unless requested by the customer.
  • If no one is home and weather conditions are suitable, the flowers may be safely left at the doorstep.
  • If weather conditions are too cold, rainy, windy, or otherwise unsuitable, we may leave the arrangement with a nearby neighbour when possible.
  • If neither the recipient nor a suitable neighbour is available, the arrangement will be returned and scheduled for redelivery.
  • A $10 redelivery fee applies when an additional delivery attempt is required.

Delivery Confirmation

We will make reasonable efforts to send a delivery confirmation within 24 hours after your order has been delivered.

Important Delivery Information

Please ensure that the recipient’s:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
  • Phone number

Relevant delivery instructions are entered correctly when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or additional redelivery charges.
